Thanks Anjana, drawing loosely with the pen, gives the structure and then adding colour quickly, does give that ‘loose, effortless’ feel. And it’s good fun!

I hadn’t immediately recognised this as one of your paintings Stephen. The pink really stands out amongst the variety of greens.
