He's splendid already, and getting steadily more so in your subsequent stages. I'm looking forward to seeing the final result, and it's very interesting to see how you approach work with coloured pencil, which is not a usual medium of mine and is giving me a lesson in technique. Obviously, the basis is sound drawing, but then that's true of any figurative artistic effort.

I thought it would be nice to show some work in progress on one of my coloured pencil drawings. This is my current project. This is Fur-Fur the curious wild boar. If you are wondering about the name, it's because the fur takes the longest to draw and is the most detailed and tedious part.
