It rains here too, but the rain is often horizontal, with the wind. I keep thinking that I will paint the city in the rain, but taking a photo is practically impossible without getting the camera and lens wet. This is really well painted and effective.

This is a great composition but I do think red reflections are too intense and takes away the feeling of the subject. Apart from that, a very good painting.
