A dramatic contrast between stark wintry trees and the luminous pastel shades of the sky makes for an attractive composition which reaches out for the attention of the viewer, it did for me anyway.

Gillian Buckley

I started painting in watercolour in the eighties and later attended a local art class. Since moving to Pembrokeshire I joined an art class and tried using acrylics for the first time. I fell in love with them! I still paint in watercolour and experiment with spray paints and inks.
