Autumn Brambling
A soggy start to October but weather like this often makes the autumnal shift in colours pop in the hedgerow even more. This bramble plant caught my eye. To me it looked as if the leaves had been dipped in reds and russets to contrast with its sharp acid greens and yellows. I have kept the background loose to provide a contrast.
