This is absolutely lovely. I like the dandelion clocks in the foreground giving the scene a concept of time, and of course all those wishes...wish I'd done that, but when we're in there, too late for the living and the deceased. The write up read like the start of a story, nice touch.

The blue under painting works well. A real sense of evening: still, quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful light and shade.

It was a glorious early Summer's evening and the sun was setting casting the most striking light across the gravestones in the graveyard, The cottages behind were all in deep shadow, as was the grass and flowers in the foreground. The cottages were rendered with an underpainting of blue.
