I would leave it alone Karen. It's a great composition and needs no more detail.

Thankyou Heather and Fred. I think I just got myself in a tizz because it's my son sitting on the donkey and I'd wanted to get it right as it's a personal memory picture.

What started badly as a watercolour and ended up being painted over in acrylic. Still not entirely happy as I struggled with not being able to put as much tiny detail in as I would have liked and lost my mojo with it. I'll maybe revisit it in the future or attempt a larger version of it in oils.
