That's a cracking study again, Skylar!

Just look at those muscles!! nice work as always, Skylar.

Wow! Thank you, Michael! I hesitated to post this, thinking (IMO) it wasn't finished.

Sort of fellow who could crack walnuts between the crook of his arm and bicep ... and surprisingly far from my own physique...

That’s such a bold and striking portrait. Love the brushwork especially in the hair

Does he need his hair tousling??

Good work, Skylar.

Thanks, Cesare!

Thalia - Thank you! I love the word "Cracking".

Jennifer - Thank You! I just paint what I like. (Guess you can take that a couple of ways)

Mr. Jones - Always a treat to hear from you! Thanks! And you and I must be in similar shape!

Diana - Thank you! It's so rough because all detail (to this point) was done with just one big fat "brush".

Shirley - Thank you for the question - I'll have to get back to you!

Peter - Thank you so much!

Wonderful painting, great physique!

It has a wonderful ‘old fashioned’ look about it, Skylar. D.H. Lawrence came to mind when I looked at his face. The scene tells a great story. Beautifully painted.

Carole - Thank you so much! I'm happy you like this. As for the physique, that shouldn't be too much of a surprise.

Thank you so much, Margaret!

Gudrun - Thank you very much!

Ellen - (Thought I replied, but must've messed up) AnyWay...I love your interpretation, and observations. Thank You.

Thanks so much, Maureen!
