Jugglers and Comedians - 2020 – Watercolour and Pastel – cm39x39 Here masked characters are playing their part on the stage of life. The architecture of the background buildings in my images reveals the style of Venetian houses and of Palladian villas in the surrounding countryside. Having spent the first part of my life in that area of Italy these are the shapes and features of buildings that were etched in my mind’s eye.
