The way through the woods by Sue Smith

Your rendering of the trees and the colour in this painting is simply gorgeous. The path the light - smashing.

This work almost has the feel of a tinted photograph - your drawing is exquisite, (at least I think it's pencil work underneath...). Lovely composition, I'd love to know what sort of size this is - thank-you Sue.

I could just walk down that path in the sunlight. Very skilfully painted - not an easy subject.
