This is so impressive Shaun. Love the folds in the leather chair and the very natural pose of your mother. I have also had very disparaging remarks from family members when I’ve done their portraits. It’s just a family thing, so don’t take it to heart.

A fabulous portrait Shaun. I agree wholeheartedly with Carole. Artists love true, honest portraits. However in the short time I've been painting, I've quickly learnt that family members prefer a 'little air brushing'!!
