I like this still life. Lovely green for the background and a slightly dramatic folded cloth and unwound orange/lemon peel. Intriguing.

Thank you for taking off your excess postings. Now people will bother to look at our works ans comment on them. Well done. Lovely still life - colours and textures beautiful.

These two still lifes certainly hark back the Flemish masters. I particularly like the tangerines.

Thanks Ann- Again sorry for my over posting It was no itnetion to bother other memebers by taking too much attaention to my works.

I dedicated about 10 years to get close to Flemish master schoul of still -lifes- it's remain one of my most favour genre, despite I like to have a lot of "faces". My deep concern the classic remains calssic forever. My favorguy is P.Claez - most laconic in composition but great colorist ...I did many copies of him to get some secrets, and one day got a feeling start communicate with him in mymind...over 300 years... !!! But all posted here are completely my own compositions

I agree lovely masterly work Sergej, marvellous rendering of everything is this scene

Thank you for your comments on my watercolour portraits Sergej. Apologies for not seeing your amazing work - I only seem to have time to look at the watercolour page!

Thanks All , I did my best at that time...

Great work. Eastern art schools still know how to teach the old techniques. Glad you persevered during 10 years of dedication to reach perfection.

I've looked up your favourite artist. I see what you mean. Amazing.
