Another beautiful skilfully painted watercolour Seok and I love the little bit of history you add. Your paintings are always so interesting.

Your painting really caught my eye. Well done. Why are old buildings always so much more attractive than new concrete blocks I wonder?

Lovely, Seok - you've got that feeling of age into the painting beautifully, and little touches which show the warmth of the scene.

Beautiful drawing as usual, Seok! (Thanks too for your comment on my latest posting.)

Another fine watercolour of an old building which you obviously admire ( as do most artists I think)!

This is beautiful Seok, lovely building

A lovely painting again Seok! I love the shadows in it and the beautiful, soft colours.

Interesting and eye-catching Seok, I feel as if I'm there with you, where are we going next?? lol x

Beautiful detail in this Seok, I love the delicate shades in the building which is so interesting.

Stunning detail, particularly on the wonderful balcony, and such a lovely palette.

Beautiful detail Seok, lovely painting

Excellent, detailed, work Seok, so essential with this sort of drawing. best Mick

Beautiful delicate and detailed work above and below the balcony Seok. The overall warm tones really do the building justice.

Thank you very much, everyone, for your very encouraging comments!

You've done justice to this wonderful old building...... I love the way you've concentrated on the centre. And I agree with all the other comments.... your travel journal is quite amazing.

Beautifully painted and wonderful detail and colour.

You always demonstrate such mastery of the medium Seok and this is a real gem.

Thank you very much, Avril, Denise and Michael!

Love this Seok. Is it my imagination or is there someone at the window lurking in the shadow?

Wonderful study, Seok. You have achieved a lovely patina on the surfaces and described the building very eloquently.

Thank you very much, Fred and Thea! Fred, well yes, I was trying to create differences in tones in the window to suggest something, so I'm glad you thought there was someone there!

Beautiful work, as always Seok :)

The older parts of Havanna are replete with beautiful old architecture dating back to the time of Cuba's Spanish colonial past. A number of these old buildings have been painstakingly restored. This window was part of a resplendant, partially-restored, building in Old Havanna.
