Thank you very much for the lovely comments. It's painted in oils Jenny Thomson, that's all I ever use....not very proficient with anything else! It's painted onto triple primed 6mm mdf board. Hope that helps. Thanks again.

Commission of a much-loved cow as a gift for my client's father. Very difficult reference photograph (you'd think I would learn from past experiences) but got there in the end. Just wish the lighting had been a little more interesting as can't help feeling it's a bit flat!
