This work is part of my ongoing series 'Imaginary Rooms' which I started in november 2005 by visiting a friend who had a surrealist painting hanging on his wall. His painting reminded me of the work by the surrealists like Giorgio de Chirico, Max Ernst, René Magritte. The use of symbols to create a communication with the viewer invited me to start this series.
