Thank you Gudrun , it was only a quick sketch and a bit hurried, but I had been having difficulty with tone within the colour ranges and decided to get back to basics.

Working in Oil , I was having trouble with tonal values... so this was a quick sketch one afternoon last Summer , to try and get back on track.
