Whenever I see these birds, I just can't believe they're real - they're like jewels, descending on the bird feeder: such incredible depth of colour: you've done a great job with this one.

Enjoying painting birds, this was from a photo by Bob Abbott who kindly let me use it as a reference… I have reposted it as the photo wasn’t good and this is a better one of it 🙂
