Introducing Doug by Russell Phillips

Doug is beautifully painted and he has a lovely expression on his face as though he is enjoying life!

A really lively painting - I bet he is a rascal! I love the tongue - I can hear him panting in anticipation of a walk!

Thank you Glennis and Julie, Doug is owned by a Manager of a large contracting company here in Christchurch. Since the earthquakes began in September 2010, Doug has been accompanying his owner around large repair contracts. He spends his time sleeping in the back of the truck, wandering around discovering new things, enticing any of the workers to toss him a ball or stick. Best of all at morning and afternoon tea scoffing up any left overs or scrounging for a morsel. He usually does pretty well for himself. A good reason for any dog to be happy I would have thought!
