This unique building overlooking lake Windermere at Bowness is a fabulous B&B that My wife and I enjoyed staying at recently. It was once featured in the TV programme Grand Designs. It is now run by a lovely couple, Joyce and Phil McGuire, who couldn't have made us more welcome. We loved our stay so I decided to capture it.

Lovely pen and wash, Ron - I remember the Grand Designs programme well, it was a huge struggle for them to get it finished, but as you say it's a really unique building.
