What a lovely painting. The sky is very well done as is the sea. I feel as if I am standing on that beach!

Hang on Studio Wall

Oil on canvas, 120cm x 60cm. The biggest canvas I've attempted so far and a present for my daughter. She is redecorating and wanted something big on the wall, but left the subject up to me. I chose to recreate a scene I painted back in 2019 with a few small changes. I'm enjoying doing a large canvas and spending a couple of weeks building the scene. So much so, I have another one gesso'd and ready to go.
