Brilliant. Love your paint handling and boldness. Really eye catching portrait and lovely the way all the blue wild hair and background focuses you in on the face.

A very beautiful portrait. Full of character. Did he sit for you Roger? And who is he? It would be interesting to hear a story behind this very interesting face. For some strange reason I thought of Poseydon when I looked at it. Kind regards Olga

Hi Olga. It was painted from a photograph but I cant think in the life in me where I got the photo from but it must haver been somewhere on the internet because I've no photo like this at home...

I've been painting all my life but only this last 4 years started to use watercolour and I absolutely love it, I'm painting horse racing paintings at the moment and seem to sell everywhere they arte shown which cant be bad.
