Lovely, Roger - you have really captured the colours of the West Coast.

Thank you both. Margaret, did you see my comment on your painting this morning? I was thinking of yours as I painted this. Mine's not quite so wild but I've loosened up somewhat. The waterline and breaking waves are probably the best I've ever done. The best plein air pastels in Barra last week were the ones where |I had the least time. Going to resist fiddling.

I did thank you Roger - glad my painting inspired you! I find my best stuff are often the ones I've spent less time on too!
