Another brill painting. Please tell me how your paintings come about. Do you start with a squiggle and see where it leads or do you have a theme in mind before you start?

Hi Jean thankyou for your comments What I usually do is sit looking at the blank page and try to imagine what I want to produce I start of sort of doodling and fill in shapes as I go along and let my imagination roll in most cases there really isnt a plan unless Im attempting more conventional stuff which I am able to do but dont really enjoy I just love it when all comes together the problem is it takes me days some times and other times a few hours I have a large painting on my wall here at home that took me about two years on and off then I put it a tube for four years and finally got it framed I shall post it when the light is right to take a photo I left my email address for You on another post of yours if you wish to contact me and if it pleases you we can exchange prints Regards RJH
