But the mood is still mysterious and draws the viewer. Poor reproductions are a bain!

Thank you all. Roger you are correct in saying its a reproduction. It's not as good as the original by a long stretch! This is of course the Maine Artist Tim Gagnon's style but with some changes. I've only been painting two years and looked to his You Tube channel and purchased a couple of lessons to learn some technics and better myself. His paintings inspire me but I have yet to find my own style. I'm trying different mediums and subjects until I find my comfort zone and grow as an artist in my own style.

This tree series really work well. Very mysterious and atmospheric.
