Very interesting and a good one

Thank you for your comments on my watercolour of various views of Stubbington. I too, worked in the Red Lion in the late seventies. Mine hosts then were Beryl and Peter Lee. I lived in Stubbington for the first twenty years or so of my life and went to infant and junior school there. When did you work at the Lion?

This beauty was moored up in Henley on Thames and is an ex RAF Boat that used to fuel up Catalina and Sunderland flying boats from 1946 onwards. She is listed on the National Historic Ships database https://www.nationalhistoricships.org.uk/register/1969/lindsey-2111
