The size and medium would help Richard, I am assuming acrylic, but I do like this style very much, it's lively, expressive and above all, different, very impressed.

Sorry ... it is 60cm x 60cm and it is acrylic. This year I am switching to acrylics after a number of years of painting exclusively in pastel. Want to work bigger but I am too impatient to wait for oils to dry and to be honest acrylics have immense possibilities to experiment . Thank you all for your kind comments.

Thanks Richard. I was forced to shift from oils to acrylics for physical/mental reasons and love it now.

I never got on with oils, loved pastels but limited by size and framing behind glass. Used acrylic for some mural work when I was working as an illustrator so had a stash of tubes it seemed silly not to try them on canvas and see what they can do.

I must have missed this previously. I love the application of the paint, the colours and 'style'. It needs a title!
