Like these very strong and bold paintings - is this done with Golden Acrylics? There's a clarity and strength to the colours which works particularly well.

More Hens ! This picture stars Harriet and Stacey. Harriet is a Highline hybrid, and Stacey is a light sussex. Again, heavy body acrylic on box canvas, 500x500mm.
