Just caught this - love the palette and the light - must be great in reality, what size is it ?

bet this looks impressive at full size. Glad that you have a place where it can be seen by the public. Well done, commissions must be particularly challenging, I have never done one myself except for family and that was tricky enough. Great

A striking image....and a breath of fresh air. Like this very much...glad something as uplifting has been displayed where the general public can see it.

A very beautiful work, the colours are great, my eyes were drawn to it straight away.

A bold scene capturing the elemental power perfectly.

Such wonderful colours, great painting.

Which public space, I wonder? Great advertisement for you, anyway. I remember someone telling me, years ago, that the sky should always be the lightest part of a painting - how many times since have I seen the sheer nonsense of that advice? Your sea is lighter than your sky, and sets the mood for the whole painting. Good.

Thanks to all those who commented on this painting it meant a lot to me. Knowing where this was going to hang made it a frightening task and now they want another. This painitng is hanging in a games room which sadly has no windows so my task was to bring the outside in.
