Poppy Bonanza

Lovely poppies Sarah, I missed mine this year, my plant seems to have died on me:(

The dark background really compliments the poppies Sarah, love how the light hits the top poppy, nice touch.

This image is very diffuse, Sarah...Is it the camera, or a deliberate representation? Your composition is gentle and evocative with good use of negative space, I like it very much.

Dennis, Ruth and Seok thank you for your comments. I think that it may be my style Ruth! It might be the ratio between water and paint that I use which make my paintings look hazy or dreamy. It somehow just happens that way but thank you for asking :)
