A wonderful summers day on the water, love the brilliance and the foreground boat with it's crew (especially the dog) the reflections of that boat are very good Sarah. Lovely painting.

I love your gung ho attitude to the scene - loads of colour, energy and verve and it works really well to describe what is going on in your painting.

Thanks Thea. I have added intense blue to my paintbox which I love. Unfortunately not the real colour of the sea. I thought that I would give it a touch of a Meditterranean colour . lol.

I have so many lovely memories of taking a boat out in Wells harbour, and the facination of the waves and the fish under the surface. The best way of whileing away an afternoon :) SOLD.
