Reminds me of our old springer, always so full of energy and quite exhausting to watch :) A lovely reminder of your old companion.

Thank you Leslie and Kirstie for your nice comments. I hope that the puppy works out well for you Kirstie :)

So obviously painted with love, Sarah! There's a lot of personality in his expression. I'm so sorry for your loss, but this is a lovely tribute to him.

You'll never really lose him - for as long as you can capture his character. And by the look of him, he had more than his fair share of that.

Seok and Robert, Thank you for your kind words. Buster was a great character. He enriched my life so much and I am grateful that he was a part of my life for so long :)

I agree with Robert that you will never really loose your " Buster Boy " the memory always stays with you , even to-day after loosing our Cocker who we had for 16 great years of sharing our home and lives with I can still remember his great fun and personality--- this painting is just such a great tribute to your faithfull companion, I like it very much, well done.

Thank you Graham, your lovely comment is much appreciated :)

He looks really charming - great job. I've a smooth fox terrier with a similar character- a real handful! But I've not been brave enough to paint her yet!

Thank you KIm- Have a go at painting you dog. It's great fun :)

This is my dear old Buster boy, who sadly passed away last year. He was always so "full of beans", right to the very end , and I have tried to convey that feeling (mainly with the spatters around him!) II'm afraid that the colours are a little bit bleached out, but hope that you like this.
