This started off as a water colour on water colour paper, but making texture was so much easier and effective using pastel. So it’s officially mixed media.

Sonia Cracknell
Studied Calligraphy, fine art, and art and design in local Hertfordshire colleges and at the age of 35 went on study Design & Technology at Middlesex University whilst my children were at school. 20 years after my move to Oxfordshire I picked up my brushes once more.
