I don't understand exactly all the layers that you have applied but the result is just great, John. It's eye catching and beautiful in an unusual way.

Wow, John...this is really eye-catching. Sounds like a lot of work to create this. A powerful image.

It is an interesting and unusual painting John.

Well done John I think it’s great to use different methods and approaches it helps keep ones art fresh. It seems to have involved a lot of effort but has as Satu and Lewis have commented ended with an eye catching result.

You're a clever bird John.

I love this type of technique, it's really effective. There's a similar resist technique using just gouache and Indian ink which I've been meaning to try.

Thank you Satu, Lewis, Sandra, Barry, Michael, and Jenny. Your feedback is appreciated.

I've tried "ink resist" with gouache but the results were not as good or as colourful as this John.

That's brilliant John, i only had a quick look at this earlier on just before we went shopping and I didn't see the puffin there, very clever 😁

I too enjoy a road less travelled John

Nice on John lovely colours and effect

A fantastic result, John even though it sounds complicated to do.

Is this technique similar to Batik John? It’s very effective!

Thank you Val, Linda,Dennis, David, and Ellen. Your feedback is very much appreciated.

A very interesting technique John, great textures.

Bold, energetic and full of life. Super work, John!
