Pendine Sands Pembrokeshire
Oil on canvas board. 12x10 inches. Visited the museum of speed at Pendine Sands. In the 1920’s-30 they raced and made world records along the sands. The museum is smallish but very interesting. Closed now they are making it bigger. It was a misty morning on the beach and it all seemed so vast. Those cliffs are so very big and the figures give an idea of how huge the area is. I felt just a couple of figures set it off best, along with the seagull of course.
