This is so good Philip, terrific reflections.

There's a LOT of skill in this - to make water look really wet is not easy, although that's not the only interesting part of this painting, it does bring it to life. And it's good to see a painting in gouache - a medium capable of so much, in the right hands.

This is a very striking painting. I look forward to seeing more from you.

Excellent - love the water

The water is so well portrayed and the mud looks really squelchey! I love those blues coming through - good colour palate.
