Excellent work. He looks impatient and at the same time genuine and unfaltering in his actions. A professional man but one who has superiors. There is self doubt in his eyes and looks as if his expression is part of his job. He looks more like a butler than an earl. Theres so much in this portrait let alone the immaculate realism.
