This is an oil painting of Studland beach looking back towards Poole harbour on a changeable day for weather. It is a favourite walk for many people but I felt any figures would detract from the power of the sky. The sun is lowering over the beach side vegetation as it sets in the west causing elongated shadows stretching to the waters edge. Canvas size 60cm x 40cm
