A lovely painting. Yes he is definitely rounding up. I once had a Collie she kept trying to round up cars! Very well done.

You have learned the skill of retraint, I think, which makes your work so viewable (if you know what I mean). Often artists are tempted to busy up the foreground, etc in such a simple subject. You have resisted this and the effect is lovely.
