What sunlight - great!

Thanks, I thought this would make a good subject as soon as I walked in the kitchen. I have done several studies of the kitchen, the first one was sold... to Donna!

At first glance i thought it was vapour trails outside the window but on looking closer realised it was trees......A well composed painting i like it.

This is beautifully painted. The textures of all the different substances are wonderful and the light bouncing off each one is a joy. Totally 'clean' painting with that simplicity that is so attractive. A pat on the back from me.

I agree with Thea's comments. The light especially is superbly done.

Lovely back lighting in this. It makes the kitchen sink look interesting!
