Mmmm....carrot cake! Super watercolour Pete, the roof of the bistro stands out lovely from the darker tree area. Lovely area of sky too.

Thanks Fiona. A pretty good carrot cake... but the best in the Southwest is at Dukes coffee house in Tavistock. Yum yum.

Watercolour on Arches rough paper. Todays outing with the Bude Art Society was to the Weir Bistro. Situated on the A39 just outside Bude, it's a great place full of wildfowl and carrot cake, which I had to sample again.
