Wonderful use of watercolour Pete, I like how you have kept the sky and foreground un-fussy so all the attention is on the house.

En Plein Air Watercolour on Arches NOT paper. 1/4 imperial. Spent the day at Pencarrow today. Perfect weather and not many people about because the house was closed.
