I like the way you have done this Peter, especially with watercolours,and I can see you like painting details as I do too.Thank you for your kind comment on my work,I was in Cornwall in August having a masterclass from Jamie Medlin and have started practicing my seascapes for some future works,Check him out and see what detail should look like from a master! It might give you some inspiration as it did me.Happy painting.

Painted this a few years ago, commission for a serving ex mariner. Very interesting as I had nothing to work from, So I had to research the vessel and set the layout myself. Back ground and water made up by myself. Picture not as sharp as I hoped, as I had to scan it in from a photo taken from the original painting, Bockingford - not - Approx 50 x 35 cm
