This portrait proved to be quite a challenge, but I’m extremely pleased to see that I have managed to capture her beautifully, it’s such a great feeling. Paper - Purchased from the UKCPS, The more recent pads contain Moulin du Roy, made by Canson Hot-Pressed version, 100% cotton watercolour paper, 300gsm/140lb, acid free. Pencils - Derwent lightfast, Caran D’ash Luminance & a few Polychromos. Size - approximately 45 x 35cm Family Photo reference.
