This one was a commission for a friends birthday in Tasmania. It was a challenge because a) it was huge 36 inches by 40 inches b) I had to paint my friend and her husband into the picture and c) deliver it safe and sound half way around the world. First of all it looked great on a large canvas, her husband was thrilled with the result and last of all, I took the canvas off the frame, posted it in a large tube and then it was re-stretched in Hobart. Now I have four large tubes going begging ( I could only buy them in lots of five :)
