You've put on some nice paintings on your gallery Paul. And I've just spotted another two which I will have a look-see at. I like waterfalls very much - they are so soothing. When I feel a little frazzled, I close my eyes and picture a waterfall.

Thanks Adele. This is the latest addition to the tutorials on his site added on Saturday

I like the colour harmonies in this, Paul, v atmospheric. I didn't know about Maytree until there was something on TV about it recently. Thanks for the reminder, I'll look it up and make a donation too. I'm glad you found a haven there and that your art helps you manage things - it certainly helps me too.

Caroline thank you that's very kind. I discovered maytree from angela samatas life after suicide documentary on bbc and have since met her a couple of times and I call her my saviour!! Genuinely this program with maytree did save my life and I will be eternally grateful to angela and maytree. She has been recently nominated for a bafta which is amazing. Sadly one thing that makes me angry is maytree is a one of a kind charity and received no government funding. NHS mental health services are woefully inadequate in many areas of the country if not all however people like angela campaign tirelessly
