This watercolour abstract effort is inspired by a singer songwriter friend i have who is based in new york. Kristin Hoffmann is an exceptionally talented singer songwriter who i have become friends with since a visit to NYC to see her live back in 2007. Last year myself and a friend has the pleasure of arranging a gig for her in the UK which was a great event. This painting is inspired by kristins song for the oceans song which is to be performed at sydney opera house later this year. Check out her website for more details www.kristinhoffmann.com.
