Thanks for the feedback. He’s a little star and I’m so glad I spent the time painting him. I’m quite a slow painter and it’s taken me a few weeks altogether.

Meet Frank, he's a very grumpy robin. I took a photo of him sat on a branch near a local reservoir. He watched me and my dog with such an air of confidence that looked in sharp contrast from such a small bird. I always enjoy robins, their colours are such a joy to play with as well as representing that fierce expression. He is painted in oils on wood panel 10 x 10"
