This image just sold at this years CLA Game fair in Warwickshire. It depicts a Spaniel working on the last pickup of the last drive of the day.It was painted for the action, but moreover the light and atmosphere of the moment, coupled with the delightful colour harmonies it created. 16" x 20" oil on canvas.
