And well done too - except the shadows should be touching/emerging from the cherries

Peter, I think I may be disliking you. This is like my umpteenth watercolour! Love looking at your work. Hope Mother Teresa is well today!

We heh! Very good Peter, not wishy washy which they can be at first. The near shadow is the right size, the smaller should be about the same size as the apple and touching, as Derek says. Look forward to the next one.

Everyone starts somewhere with watercolours and this is a great start

I don't even have my first watercolour, it was so bad!! This is a very strong first go Peter.

1st watercolour painted last year.

Took a watercolour painting course on board the Oriana in May last year. Got the bug. Bought lots of water colour materials. Later on joined a painting class in Hull. moved on to acrylics and do at least 2 or 3 paintings a week......Now have 3 hobbies, painting,photography and magic tricks.
