I like the bit you have vignetted out to the left. Leads the eye to the detail to the right middle ground. Nice composition.

Agree with the others - classic pen and ink work: you're not the only one to get to a scene before the bulldozers and developers manage to ruin it - and it's a very worthwhile thing to do.

One of the first in an extensive body of work I was lucky enough to carry out at Bank Ground Farm, Arthur Ransome’s inspiration for the location for his “Swallows & Amazons” stories) in the early 1990’s, fortunately before that magnificent hedge started to be neglected and subsequently sadly depleted, and that wonderful barn converted into holiday accommodation. © 1991
